5 training levels
Our training program is based on a five-tier electronic warfare competency development model that guides participants from foundational EW awareness to an expert level. Each subsequent tier builds upon previously acquired competencies, progressively increasing the complexity of tasks, participant autonomy, and practical application of knowledge.
Level
Course scope
Outcomes
Level
0
Course scope
Introduction to the fundamental principles and core knowledge of electronic warfare.
Outcomes
Understanding what EW is and how it is utilized, including in the Russo-Ukrainian war.
Level
1
Course scope
An overview of the three pillars of EW:
- Electronic Warfare Support (ES),
- Electronic Attack (EA),
- Electronic Protection (EP) across all domains.
Outcomes
Understanding the concepts of ES, EA, and EP, identifying key radio frequency (RF) threats, and understanding their operational effects within joint operations.
Level
2
Course scope
Training for practitioners or individuals who have completed Level 1, providing domain knowledge in the areas of ES, EA, and EP.
Outcomes
Understanding the role of specific domains in ES, EA, and EP, identifying key RF threats, and understanding specific EW effects in joint operations.
Level
3
Course scope
Training for practitioners or individuals who have completed Level 2, focused on EW threat analysis.
Outcomes
Conducting EW threat assessments, developing emitter libraries, and creating the Electronic Order of Battle (EOB).
Level
4
Course scope
Training for EW specialists or individuals who have completed Level 3, focused on testing EW databases and practical exercises verifying operational and tactical planning processes.
Outcomes
Demonstrating proficiency in the use of EW tools and skills, as well as the validation of EW databases.
01
To know
Awareness introduces the participant to the fundamental concepts of electronic warfare and establishes a common foundation of knowledge.
02
To understand
Foundations expand the understanding of basic EW functions, electromagnetic threats, and their significance in joint operations.
03
To apply
Domain Practitioner focuses on the application of knowledge within a selected operational domain.
04
To analyze
Domain Specialist develops the ability to independently analyze threats, work with data, and execute specialized tasks.
05
To plan
Domain Expert encompasses advanced competencies related to the employment of EW tools and data, their validation, and the support of operational and tactical planning processes.
This is not a system of standalone, disconnected courses. It is a cohesive development path — from foundational awareness, through operational knowledge and practice, to advanced specialization and expert competencies.
