12.10.2026r.During the 4th POLSECURE 2026 International Expo, awards were presented for the most innovative products showcased during the event. The consortium comprising Vortex (leader), SkyRad, and XY-Sensing was among the award winners.
EtherEye integrates a range of complementary technologies, including:
- Passive Coherent Location (PCL), enabling target detection and tracking without active signal emission,
- Radio frequency emission detection and identification systems (PET),
- Multi-sensor data fusion,
- A C2 layer (HORUS), supporting real-time operational situational awareness.
The award was granted for the EtherEye system – an advanced passive location and situational awareness solution dedicated to air and maritime domain applications.
The deployment of a passive architecture allows for continuous surveillance without revealing one's own position, while maintaining high resilience to jamming and electronic warfare operations. XY-Sensing's participation in the EtherEye project aligns with the strategic direction of advancing passive reconnaissance technologies and sophisticated data analytics.
The granted award stands as confirmation of the solution's high level of innovation and its alignment with the current needs of security and defense systems.
